Data Privacy Policy EFFECTIVE DATE: 07/01/2013 This privacy statement discloses the privacy practices for www.open-mag.com. At Strategic Communications, we intend to give you as much control as possible over your personal information, including the Registration Data. ACCESS SECURITY ENFORCEMENT If Strategic Communications becomes aware that a user's personal information provided to Strategic Communications has been disclosed in a manner not permitted by this Privacy Policy, Strategic Communications shall make reasonable efforts to notify the affected user, as soon as reasonably possible and as permitted by law, of what information has been disclosed, to the extent that Strategic Communications knows this information.
